So I have the program Sopcast but am unsure how I actually watch football games on it. I know you go to like the p2p websites and click a link to play it but it doesn't seem to work. Can someone please explain to me how I use this program, and where I can find football games?
How Can I Get More Power And Speed In Soccer?

Alright, I am on my schools varsity soccer team, and we are not the biggest team in Arkansas. We won state last year, and expect to win it again. I am a starter, and I want to be at the top of my game when the school season starts. I am about 130 pounds and 5' 10". I am pretty skinny, and I have tried to work out to build muscles, but nothing has seemed to help me gain speed or power in soccer. I was wondering if there are some specific training I can do to gain more power and speed. I am a cross country runner as well, so I have the endurance to do something tough.
So basically I want a work out that is going to push me to the limits each and every day. I woudl love to become a quicker player out on the pitch.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

What Is The Best Football Position For Me?

I am 13, going into my freshman year and want to play JV football. I am about 5'3 and growing pretty fast. I can catch pretty good, cant really throw. I am fast, but not the fastest. I can make cuts pretty good can touch up to maybe 8'5. I can also sniff out plays pretty good. I can cover above average and I can take a hit.
Soccer Injury And My Parents Are Forcing Me To Play 2 Games?

ok so i sprained hamstring and it hurts when i play soccer so i go to therapy a few times a week. The problem is i have a game tomorrow and a game on saturday (for another team) and the doctor said i should only go to one of the games, but my parents are forcing me to go to both of them, what should i do? Thank you.
