What Is The Best Color To Wear For Soccer Practice?

I have to buy my GF soccer attire, but I don't know whether to get her all black or all white. All black will be much hotter but won't stain as bad, and all white will be cooler but will stain very easily. Which would you prefer? I'm thinking all black, won't be too much hotter, all white will be a mess to clean every day.

Premier League Round-up 29th+30th/08/09

The big game at the top of the Premier League finished with Manchester United securing a vital 2-1 victory over rivals Arsenal at Old Trafford. Arsenal took the lead in the 40th minute through a superb long-range drive from Russian star Andrey Arshavin.

United came back stronger in the second half and were handed a lifeline in the 59th minute, as Wayne Rooney was brought down in the penalty area by Arsenal keeper Manuel Almunia. The England striker stepped up himself and beat Almunia in the Gunners goal. Robin Van Persie came close to giving the Gunners the lead just five minutes later, but the Dutch strikers effort hit the United crossbar.

Just a minute after that United took the lead in the 64th minute, Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby heading past Almunia. The drama wasnt over yet as Robin Van Persie thought he'd scored an equaliser in injury-time, only to see it ruled out for offside. The Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was furious and was sent to the stands for his reaction to the decision.

Another title challenger Chelsea claimed a comfortable 3-0 victory over Premier League new boys Burnley at Stamford Bridge. French striker Nicolas Anelka opened the scoring for the Blues just before half-time. Michael Ballack headed the home side in to a two goal lead early in the second half and Ashley Cole killed off Burnley completely the scoring with an angled drive.

Tottenham continued their good run of form with a 2-1 victory over Birmingham at White Hart Lane. Peter Crouch gave Spurs the lead with a looping header. Birmingham midfielder Lee Bowyer equalised for the away side with a scruffy goal. Tottenham wasn't finished yet though as Aaron Lennon scored the winner in injury time with a superb drive.

Liverpool's form improved with a hard earned 3-2 victory over Bolton at the Reebok Stadium. It started badly for the away side however as Kevin Davies gave the Trotters the lead on half-hour mark. Glen Johnson equalised for Liverpool with a daisy cutter just before half-time. Tamir Cohen smashed home a second goal for the home side just after half-time.

The balance of power then changed as Bolton midfielder Sean Davis received a red card for two bookable offences. Liverpool captain  Steven Gerrard came close to equalising hitting the bar. However Fernando Torres did equalise with a good finish. With just seven minutes left Steven Gerrard did find the net with a superb drive, to give Liverpool a vital three points.

Wolves and Hull drew 1-1 at Molineux in an entertaining clash. Geovanni headed Hull in to the lead after a good run and cross from Stephen Hunt. Wolves centre back Richard Stearman equalised from a Richard Garcia free-kick. Stoke City beat Sunderland 1-0 at the Britannia Stadium. Dave Kitson scored his first ever league goal for the Potters after a almighty scramble in the penalty area. Blackburn and West Ham both showed that they need to strengthen their attack as they drew 0-0 at Ewood Park.

In Sunday's early kick-off big spending Manchester City defeated struggling Portsmouth 1-0 at Fratton Park. Emmanuel Adebayor rose delightfully to meet a Gareth Barry cross and headed past veteran David James in the Pompey goal. The goal was the Togolese strikers third in as many games.

Elsewhere Everton secured a crucial three points with a 2-1 victory over Wigan at Goodison Park. Despite having the better of the game the away side took the lead through Austrian midfielder Paul Scharner on 57 minutes. That lead didnt last long as Everton striker Louis Saha headed home from a corner just five minutes later.

Wigan had chances on the break, but Everton's strike count mounted as the game wore on. Wigan had a gilt edge chance that fell for substitute Scott Sinclair, but Everton keeper Tim Howard denied the young Chelsea-loanee. It looked like Wigan had won a hard earned draw until the 92nd minute, when Brazilian striker Jo took on Emmerson Boyce in the box and the former Palace defender brought him down. Former Wigan full-back Leighton Baines made no mistake from the spot to give Everton their first Premier League victory this season.

Aston Villa bounced back from their midweek European exit with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Fulham at Villa Park. Villa took the lead after Fulham defender John Pantsil put past his keeper after just three minutes. Villa seemed completely in control and striker Gabriel Agbonlahor made it 2-0 in the 59th minute rifling home from 20 yards.
