My dreams felt crushed and i lost my passion for soccer and life.

You have to gain that passion back yourself. There’s no step-by-step book on how to gain passion because everyone is different.
Honestly, if you were truly passionate about soccer as you say you were then not gaining a soccer scholarship wouldn’t stop you’re love for the game. Sure I’d be disappointed as well but no matter what, whether I become professional or not doesn’t matter…
I will always love soccer and these little road blocks you’re going through shouldn’t stop you from losing your love for the game either.

Never take your eyes of the finish line.Did Pele have a scholarship? If soccer is what you love take this rejection as a challenge not a barrier. Good luck and don’t give up.

sorry to hear that, but we cant tell you what to do. ya gotta rely on your own will and resolve. honestly, if you give up so easily on your dream then maybe you dont care much for it in the 1st place. and no amount of talk can help you regain your “passion” for it.

I really dreamt of playing in the European leagues one day, but now I am 24 and I am not in one now, so I can forget about it.
But I love playing soccer any opportunity I get. I play in many pickup games, I play in an indoor league and I would like to play in an open outdoor adult league soon. Some of these small leagues can be very competitive and you will find players as good or better than you. You will have good challenges for you, trust me.

you’re probably depressed because you think you’re not good enough. If you practice more, you might become one of the top players and feel more confident. Or, you could quit school soccer and join an easier, less competitive team.

Channel that love of the game into coaching kids. Who knows, maybe you will decide you REALLY love coaching and you could be the next “Special One”.
But I wouldn’t give up playing either.

well now that you have no chance of going pro you will have to play with bad kids

Were you really that into it at first? You claim it crushed your life when you realized you couldn’t make it
But then wouldn’t you be good enough to make it? I mean, if you were THAT into it, you would’ve been amazing at it and have trained so hard you’d've made it right? I mean, yea some people don’t get their dreams, but those’re the people who weren’t THAT into it, just very into it
There’re probably other things in your life, this is most likely temp. depression and as my profile states, it’s meant to have you take a step back and asses your life
